How to buy
To send us your choice please go through the following steps:
1. select the desired product, choose the size, color and quantity;
2. add it to your order by pressing the button “I want to buy”;
3. Repeat the steps for another desired product after you go back to the catalog;
4. access the order through the “View order” button and if necessary modify the order according to the instructions;
5. after choosing all the desired products, press the button “Finalize the order”;
6. enter the data needed for the delivery;
7. opt for one of the two modes of payment and transport;
8. “Send the order”;
If your order is valid, you will receive an automatic message on the email address provided that we received the order. Within 2 working days you will receive the order confirmation and the delivery time.
Description of products
The Alai team tries to present as explicit and correct the characteristics of the products present in the virtual store. However in some cases the colors you see on your monitor may look different from the color of the product itself. Therefore, please consider the possible differences in perception.
If a product you want to order is not available at the requested size at any given time, please write to us at email@example.com. Later, we will contact you to make known the possibilities of honoring your application.
If you want to place an order for us to execute specifically for you, please consider the factors that influence the delivery time such as: establishing and approving the model, transmitting the size structure of the staff of your unit if it is the case, the supply of materials, the period in which the order is made, the actual production time. In this situation the delivery time can vary between 30 and 45 days, depending on the size and complexity of the order.
Return / cancel policy
“The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product or, in the case of the provision of services, from the conclusion of the contract” (art.4, paragraph b, of Ord. 1 30 / 31.08.2000).
1. The special orders placed and executed according to your specifications cannot be returned (according to article 10 paragraph c of the Ordinance 130/31 August 2000).
2. In order not to endanger your health, underwear by nature is not returned.
Product change / withdrawal
If a product offered by our store does not correspond to the description or is sent incorrectly, it can be returned in the state in which it was delivered along with the documents that accompanied it and will be sent to you according to the product. The costs of return transport will be borne by Alai. This notification can be made by you within 10 days from the reception.
If you want to change the product with another product, you will return it and pay the price difference. If you want to change the size, you will return the product and receive another one at the requested size. The shipping costs that involve the return will be fully borne by you.
If for any reason you do not want to give up the ordered product, you can send it to us in the same state in which it was delivered to you, following that within 30 days from the return date we will refund your value. In this case, the transport costs will fall to you.

Any conflict that has arisen between the company and customers is tried to be resolved amicably by agreement between the two parties. In case this is not possible, the Romanian legal provisions in this field will be applied and conflict resolution is within the competence of the Romanian courts.
